NEDLANDS HOUSE – A very special design project.

The Nedlands House is the result of a brief from an overseas client. There were many Council Planning requirements for this block. As a result, the design brief was difficult to achieve. A 9 metre front setback and 3 metre side easement reduced the building envelope to less than 90sq/m. Despite this, we created a stunning, spacious, three level home that's perfect for this small block. The design is open plan and packed with features. A high Specification together with plenty of space and natural light give this home a luxurious ambience.This home was completed in 2017 by Central Avenue Homes.

COMO HOUSE – We design big homes too !

We don't just design and build homes for Small or Narrow blocks. Completed in 2017 by Central Avenue Homes, the 'Como House' is a large 4 x 3 family home built on a 500sq/m rear block. The home was designed specially for a large Asian family. This project is an example of the bigger homes we design and build. Many of our clients have larger blocks and require more spacious living requirements. Above all, they want something individual to suit their families needs. More photo's are coming soon. Margot and Andrew's block in North Perth was only 7.4 metres wide and under 185sq/m in area. They had tried a number of building companies but had no luck finding one with real practical experience . They wanted someone to design and build a modern Townhouse for this very difficult block. Plans, Specification options and detailed costings were provided within 3 weeks. These met Margot & Andrew's tight budget requirements and building time frame.
